These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of MyFlowers (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and any customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) regarding the sale and delivery of products and services offered on the website myfl0wers.shop.

By placing an order on our website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

4. Products and Services

All products offered by MyFlowers are physical goods.
They are described and presented as accurately as possible on the website.

Each product:

  • undergoes a quality check before shipping,

  • may show slight variations in color or texture due to photographic lighting (which do not affect its quality or authenticity),

  • is shipped from our trusted fulfillment partners.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed directly through the official website myfl0wers.shop using the secure payment system provided.

Full payment is required at checkout.
No order will be processed until payment has been successfully received.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.

  • Domestic deliveries (within Canada): dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • International deliveries: dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

In case of high order volumes or carrier delays, shipping may take slightly longer.
MyFlowers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

This policy does not apply to products that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.

8. Refund Policy

If the product received is defective or does not match the description, the Customer must contact MyFlowers within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, MyFlowers agrees to:

  • correct the issue at no additional cost, or

  • offer a replacement or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

9. Liability

MyFlowers shall not be held liable for:

  • damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling of the product,

  • loss or theft after delivery confirmation,

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content displayed on myfl0wers.shop are the exclusive property of MyFlowers and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The Customer is granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for personal purposes only.
Any reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written authorization from MyFlowers is strictly prohibited.

All personal and payment information provided by the Customer is confidential and used solely for order processing.
